How does the automatic backwash disc filtration system work?
When the laminate filter reaches a certain pressure difference or within the set time, the system will automatically enter the backwash state, the controller will change the direction of water flow by controlling the valve, closing the main pipe through the one-way partition at the bottom of the filter, so that the backwash enters the set nozzle channel, let the piston connected to the nozzle channel make the water pressure in the cavity rise, the piston moves upward to overcome the pressure of the spring on the laminate, and release the piston space on the top of the laminate group.
At the same time, the backwash water is sprayed at high speed from the nozzle above the set nozzle channel along the direction of the laminate cut, so that the laminate rotates and evenly separates so that the jet water sprays the surface of the laminate and throws out the impurities trapped on the laminate. When the backwash is over, the direction of water flow changes again, the laminates are pressed again, and the system re-enters the filtered state. So repeatedly, the impurities in the water are constantly filtered out.
