Automatic backwashing controller

The backwash controller is used in an automatic backwash disc filtration system with differential pressure sensing and time setting.

“FILTRATION 1-10” is Specially designed for automatic filter backwash control, a 1-10 station modular controller;
There are DC and AC two types；
DC controller for 6V or 12V DC power supply, Control two-wire 12V DC latch type electromagnet-ic head, conversion of the voltage of the electromagnetic head through the load pump；
The AC controller contains a built-in transformer that can use 110V or 220V input power, and provide 24VAC output power for the electromagnetic head；
The backwash cycle can be triggered simultaneously by time or when the embedded electronic differential pressure sensor reaches the corresponding set value；
The problem of infinite loops can be solved by detecting whether the predefined number of back-washing limits is exceeded. The controller can additionally control a holding valve / main valve and an alarm output；
The controller is equipped with a customized LCD display and keyboard；
The backwash cycle of the controller can be triggered by pressure difference, time, and manual;
